#1742 Webmin caused deadlock

On my Redhat server webmin caused a deadlock.

Steps taken to get this:
- Login to webmin and ask a change for the Theme
- Then it will try to restart the webmin server
- That failed
- I used the webmin start/stop script to start it manually
- I logged in again
- I could browse 2 pages but the 2nd one failed to load
some images and at that point the server wont respond
anymore - deadlock.

Please tell me any fixes to stop this in the future!

on Redhat Linx 9.0 with kernel v2.6.7
Simple fix for this is that I'm not gonne change the layout
anymore (as it'll try to restart itself then)
