Hi,
I just installed snort-webmin and a figure out that a
can´t start snort. That says that i must check pid file
of Snort but i double checked and it´s ok. And the
$RULES variable is not working too.
I use Debian 3 testing

This isn't really a Webmin bug, as the snort module is not a
core part of Webmin. It should really be submitted to the
module author ..

my problem as well - I think its also written to
/etc/snort/snort.conf an incorrect for
var EXTERNAL_NET $eth1_ADDRESS
just re-installing snort so I can have a look
