Could you provide more details on what you mean by 'read only' ?
Does it always show quotas as disabled?
If it doesn't allow editing, make sure access control for
your login for the module in the Webmin Users module hasn't
been setup to give you read-only access ..

I'm seeing the same result on 10.0. Quota cannot be set
under webmin and resets to previous setting after webmin
session. Webmin login is root. Default webmin 1.121-4 in
10.0 has no problem.

Same thing for me, when I update quotas with the new
version of the quota module, I click on update, no error
message apears, but nothing is changed
using mandrake 9.2 with all webmins updates
