#1687 Acces control does not work

When setting acces control and the settings are saved
the user still has full admin rights.

Personal user settings are not saved, all settings are still
default.

Do you mean access control settings in the Webmin Users
module, or in the MySQL module under User Permissions?

In the MySQL module under User Permissions.

When I give a certain user acces for only backup and I click
on save the user still has all rights.
Doesn't matter which setting I use the user keeps getting full
acces to the mysql module.

Which MySQL version are you running there?
Also, do the new permissions show up in the list of users
after saving?
