The same happens to me on occasion: SuSE Linux Version
7.0-7.3, webmin version 0.8x-0.96 (current).
Sometimes the "root" crontab gets lost when enabling
scheduled commands in webmin (e.g. automatic check for
updates in "Webmin Configuration").
