#1487 Redhat9. Connection Refused

Connection refused.
it seems the process did not start, and does not start
with "./webmin-init start" (acts as if it does by
outputting nothing).
I'm assuming I just can't see it in the process list (me =
linux newb, using ps -x), and that it's not listening on
port 10000, or it's just not wanting to start. Not sure
what to do!

It looks like the install failed for some reason. Check the
file /tmp/.webmin/webmin-setup.out for any error messages ..

It looks like the RPM is in-complete ..
Try re-downloading it - the file should be 7877168 bytes in
size.
