#1432 does not read ifcfg-$DEV-rangeX files

I am using Webmin 1.121. When adding virtual network
interfaces Webmin creates config files named
ifcfg-$DEV:X that is correct. However, the virtual
interfaces may also be specified as range(s) in
ifcfg-$DEV-rangeX files. Currenly Webmin does not read
these range files. Also there is no way to create
ranges of virtual interfaces. It is very convenient
when creating large numbers of virtual interfaces.

Due to the complexity of editing these files in a GUI,
Webmin will ignore the for the time being ..
Also, no other OS has such files, so they will not fit as
well into the current network configuration module UI.
