#1406 Granted Privileges fails with PostgreSQL 7.3.4

When I click on Granted Privileges under user options for
PostgreSQL Databases using Webmin 1.121 on Redhat
Linux 9.0 I get a screen with a tab labeled Granted
Privileges and a message "Unknown DBI error"

All other parts of the PostgreSQL module seem to be
functioning fine.

update from www.webmin.com/updates.html ?

I just installed the most recent PostgreSQL module and still
get the same error. The module I downloaded and installed is
postgresql-1.120-6.wbm.gz
