#1307 connection refused

I am running redhat 9. I have successfully installed
webmin. When I try and contact the required site,
allocated at the end of instillation. I get connection
refused.

My site is

Webmin has been installed and started successfully. Use
your web
browser to go to

http://dhcp-168-317:10000/

and login with the name and password you entered
previously.

How should I proceed?

Assuming that you are running your browser on the same
Redhat 9 box, try the URL http://localhost:10000/ instead.
Also, make sure you have your browser configured to not use
a proxy for localhost.
