I've been running webmin on OS X 10.2.4 for about 9
months. Perl is version 5.8.0. Initially I was using
webmin 1.080,and upgraded to 1.090. I've been using it
to administer Apache, Sendmail, MySQL and Jabber, and
had no problems at all. Two days ago, I decided to
upgrade. I started by running uninstall.sh to clean up
the system (I knew I would have the re-enter the
configuration details for everything; that wasn't a
problem). I then did a fresh install of webmin 1.110.
That went OK.
The problem I have now appears on the servers page.
The links to Apache and sendmail work fine, and webmin
picks up their configuration fine, as usual. With
Jabber and MySql, when I click the icons, Mozilla 1.3
and IE 5.2 think about it for a moment, and then
return the server page again. Safari 1.0 returns a
timeout error after 60 sec. My workstation is running
OS X 10.2.4.
I've uninstalled Webmin, and reinstalled 1.111. Same
problem. I've uninstalled that, reinstalled 1.080 and
sequentially upgraded back up to 1.110. Same problem
every step of the way.
The webmin logs don't show any errors.
Any suggestions?

I've never seen this error before, but then again I don't use
OSX myself. Does this happen only for the mysql and jabber
modules, or does it happen sporadically for some or all other
modules as well?

Hi
No - it only happens for those two, never for any of the
others. For those two, it's consistent - I can never access
them.
It's bizarre! I've gone to the mysql file in /etc/webmin,
and manually edited it to put in the correct file paths,
passwords, etc, but that had no effect.
I've restarted the server several times as well, but that
didn't help either. I'm at a bit of a loss....
