#1162 Scheduled downloads not working

I can't seem to get the scheduled downloads to work in
Webmin 1.090.
I've specified all necessary fields and they submit just
fine (it shows all pending downloads afterwards), but
the downloads didn't start on time. I've performed
multiple tests, but they all seem to fail, even though
immediate downloads work just fine.

I'm using Webmin 1.090 (with all latest upgrades) on a
Slackware Linux 8.1 distribution.

Make sure the 'at' service is running on your system - often
it is disable by default, and the module uses it to schedule
downloads. The easiest way to start it is with the Bootup
and Shutdown module.
