I am running squid 2.4, but when I try to configure
Webmin, it says, it could only run with 1.1, 2.0,2.1,
2.2,2.3,2.4

Check your Module Config and make sure the 'Squid
executable' option is set correctly. Also, check the output
that you get if you run squid -v
