I was exploring the new services and donations options
and meant to tweak only my donation preferences, but
it looked like it changed it globally.


We've never received any donations, but looking at the
Settings that's because the project did not have opt-in=20
set on our accounts.

Should we setup an account that can receive donations
(if we receive any) and then divvy them up?
