I had tested support for DST transitions in an
earlier release, but the new and improved recurring
meeting support has exposed an odd little bug.

The logic is pretty straight forward, once I figure
out a way to see if recurring conference will cross
a DST transition.  The new transition schedule and
apparent lack of rules is making it not very obvious.

Any thoughts?
