[Web-meetme-devel] 2.2 Branch added

After some SVN issues I finally got a 2.2 branch going where I will put all
the backports that Dan does for asterisk 1.4 into asterisk 1.2 compatible
code.

I have also made some changes to the README with regards to installation
instructions ... feel free to alter these and add them to the README in
trunk.
