I have just about finished converting the database layer to
PEAR::DB, with the exception of the MySQL user management
pages.

I'll be working on those pages today, but I have no way to
test the rsults.

In the process of the conversion, I found and fixed a number
of issues and cleaned up quite a bit of legacy code.  I don't
remember if I posted the news that I also have a start on the
reporting framework in trunk, with daily reports being the only
option at the moment.

After I finish the PEAR conversion, I plan to strip the=20
display definitions out of the individual php pages and move them
into ./lib/defines.php, which will be a nice code redution overall.

And I want to wlecome Justin Hamade to the group.  Justin will
be focusing on 2.x for maintenance and backporting a number of
changes that are currently going into trunk.
