Any errors would be in the standard Apache logs.
I think you are on the right path asking about
php/apache settings, as I believe every time I have
seen a similar issue was due to php support not
being installed.

Do you have a /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf?  If not,
you will need to install the missing features.  A
quick google search suggests the package, if missing,
is in an optional repo...

   I am trying to set up web-meetme 4 for asterisk 1.6.2 on CenTos 5.4 and am having some problems. I followed the directions in the README without success - when I attempt to access web-meetme on my browser I get a blank screen. I cant identify any error log or such which would help me understand what is wrong.

    I am already using mysql and created the DB's and tables, followed the other instructions but perhaps there are some asterisk config files in addition to those listed in the README. For example, are there additional options in meetme.conf or elsewhere which must be set or changed?

   Also, is there any specific php or httpd settings?
