[Web-meetme-users] POST on http://teleconf.skymesh.net.au/web-meetme/meetme_control.php?s=2&t=0 seems to fail silently?

http://teleconf.skymesh.net.au/web-meetme/meetme_control.php?s=2&t=0 
when executed after the "Add Conference" button is pressed -- appears to 
do nothing?

What would be the best place to start looking to fix this?
