[Web-meetme-users] where are app_cbmysql.c and other required files?

I've got the Web-MeetMe_v2.0.0.tgz file but where the heck are the other
required files: app_cbmysql.c, cbmysql.conf, and cb-extensions.conf?

I can't find them anywhere at all (I tried a Google search).

The url http://www.fitawi.com/Asterisk/ redirects to Sourceforge and
those files aren't on there.
