When we execute WebHarvest from commandline using configuration containing error like that:
java -cp webharvest-ide-2.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar org.webharvest.CommandLine config=~/Desktop/invalid_config.xml

it is expected to get information what went wrong, but there is nothing of that.
