#34 Rename TSL to TLS in mail plugin

Minor bug in the mail plugin and it's documentation. The "security" attribute currently accepts TSL as an option instead of TLS.

XML schema in version 2.1 has been modified by introducing restriction rules for values of "security" attribute. After release version 2.1 only following values will be accepted: none, ssl and tls.
Update of documentation should be available soon.
