HtmlCleaner 2.1 is not compatible with Web-Harvest 1.0.
Please confirm the HtmlCleaner version included on the binary distribution.

Since version 2.1 Web-Harvest uses HtmlCleaner library in version 2.2. This version of WH will be available soon.
