Hi Thomas,
There is only one SQL update file per version increment, so when the SQL
update file is run, it updates the database version (in this case to
4.11 - which is not yet released) - subsequent changes to this file
before the release of 4.11 would then not be automatically applied.
That's why there is no automatic update of the database beyond the last
released version when doing an update from svn.
Of course since there is no such version as 4.11 yet, then there is no
automatic upgrade from the svn code - you must apply database changes
from the sql file manually.
