Hi,

(Sorry for my English)

I have two site hosted with JoomlaMo, and I am trying to solve similar
problem. Unfortunately, Mo worked alone and nobody there does not know how
to continue any if his work. His stepson is looking for a friend of his to
help him. We have now a new hosting service, but we are in the middle of
transfering Domain Names from JoomlaMo (Registrant: Rockwall-Computer ) to
us.

After saying this, if your problem is:

* You can not download all files of the current site

One possibility is to use Gnome-Nautilus (in a Ubuntu machine) to FTP access
folders in your.site:
1. Open Gnome Nautilus
2. Click in the menu option //File /Connect to server... (This opens a
window).
3. Select in "type:", the option "SSH".
4. Put in "Server:", write "your.site". Keep port=22.
5. Put user (cpanel-user) and password (cpanel-password).
