Someone had a comment about changing commas to periods for Europe (and =
elsewhere). We were talking about a solution that involved thousands =
and decimal variables in config. I've run across the commands in php =
called setlocale and localeconv that would appear to be able to do this =
and much more. That person may want to lookup setlocale in the php =
manual for more info. Looks like it sets decimal places and all sorts =
of others too.
