Thanks for comments, Steve and Phil.

Client has decided to shift out of JD Edwards for cost-avoidance=20
reasons.  My angle is really how much of their present use of JD can 
be=20=

ported to WebERP, or if there is a better open-source ERP package out=20
there.... will see what happens.
