Steve's bg.gif make a huge improvement to login response - from 23k to 1.2k - 
updated all themes

Used Chris's login script mods in session.inc with a small mod to login.php as 
well. This takes the user back to the login screen automatically rather than 
ditching the user completely after a single false login - requiring a back to 
get another crack at a login.
