These items in this list are still to do and they are still important. = The GL reporting is still weak, we need work orders. We need a direct = credit facility for creditor payments. The fact that priorities are = pushed elsewhere is interesting, but these jobs are still outstanding, I = agree that because they are old it reflects poorly. However, I think it = is very important that the functionality not available is also very = visible. We dont want people investing a lot of time in a system that = doesn't do what they need. When there is a lot of functionality now in = the system it is easier to look at what is not available from a = manager's perspective.=20 I realise this is counter to traditional marketing theory. However, we = really should value people's time and this is a quick way for them to = see if they can live with the stuff lacking. Might want to eliminate it or = put a new one up there. That one will give the impression that web-erp = can't do anything yet instead of the robust system it has become. Steve |
