When I go there now it all seems to be working well. In PrintCustOrder there was no theme defined for the account logged into and so it didn't find the menucurve.gif. There are two // in a row instead of a theme name. All accounts need to have a default theme = professional to start with. I think the default should actually be loaded from config.php and if the account has it blank then the system would use that default theme. Also it would be used when creating new accounts.
