demo.sql only contains data, not structure. During the install, the
structure comes from the install/tables directory. These fields are
included in the tables that are there.

As I have mentioned a few times before you are better using the github
site to discuss issues. Most of the developers that could help you are
there, so you will get a much better turnaround for your questions.
