Hmm, yes there are a couple of sql tables but they are based on the sales tables too... I will extract them and send them to you... I think you can convert a quotation to an order, but not sure. I did that a couple of months ago and forgot to post the diff to you... I have done a cvs update, and noted the conflicts so I will solve these conflicts and see that there is still functionality based on the current version. But as I said it is mainly standalone, except for the modification fo the menus...
