StockTransfers has the StockTransfer class defined in it. I went to 
break it out to a DefineStockTransfer.php and found that there is also a 
DefineStockTransfers.php which defines a StockTranfer class.  It also 
appears that both are being used in differing scripts though for pretty 
much the same thing.

It seems to work fine, so I'm going to leave it working of course, but 
I'm going to see if I can do some testing and sort things out. If anyone 
can shed some light on what caused this, that may help...
