[Web-erp-developers] Upgrade SQL Scripts

I ran some of the upgrade scripts today... I ran into a couple bumps, 
mostly mine, 1 theirs. I will be sending Phil the one actual problem I saw.
I also would like to suggest that as an additional safety for everyone, 
especially average users, all upgrade scripts be encapsulated in a 
transaction to ensure the whole thing is not run until it will run 
fully. Can anyone see a reason not to do that?
