Hi Chris,

I have had a crack at the first part of your work and have added the Location 
Transfer creation script and the new table and the PDF report of the created 
transfer - albeit in a slightly different format - hope it serves the same 
function for you. I have added a few traps for things that I thought may go 
wrong, taken out references to mysql specific functions, tidied the code to 
be consisitent with the rest of the scripts.

I still have the hard bits to do to create the transfer on receipt of the 
shipment by the receiving location.
