Are you referring to the fields in GLTrans ? Contract Reference will refer to the contract that a GLTrans relates to - all of this is yet to be coded. The ShipmentRef has not been used in GLTrans we can actually drop this field I think? I created a new table with all shipment charges against it to avoid any dependence of shipment costing on GL integration of AP. Shipments are about costing product received from a distant supplier where the costs of frieght, duty, cartage, receiving etc need to be included and apportioned between the items on the shipment. (currently only on the basis of value) Contract costing is about accumulating the costs of a contract to compare against the contract quotation .... all only a twinkle at this stage.
