So could it be disabled for extensions of .pdf by some configuration of the download manager ie download managers presumably don't work on standard web pages only on files like .zip, .gz, .exe, .jpg, .gif etc .... or do they? We seem to be blessed with good cheap bandwidth in NZ so I really need to get up to speed with these things.
