When adding new customers, if you don't enter the branch data right away, 
the customer record is no longer accessible from the search interface.  The 
search is in the form of an sql join requiring the master record and the 
branch record to exist.  Perhaps the customer data alone should not be 
committed if branch data is not entered...

Great work Phil. It is great for some of us not to have to start from a 
blank canvas.  I will be making quite a lot of modifications, especially to 
the interface.  I will share this once I am done.
