[Web-erp-users] Licensing

I had question about the licensing for Web-ERP.  Is it free?? and if so can 
the source php files be modified to fit your application better (i.e. set it 
up for a Re-manufacturing Plant as opoosed to the Manufacturing/Distribution 
Company it is setup for now).
