Yes the AccessLevel is a session variable read from the users login. Each page has a test to see if the users accesslevel is greater than a required minimum level. This arrangement is not as flexible as a complete access profile by function for each user put does allow some control.

You can see the accesslevel required when you view the text of a script.

I am working on the documentation to explain this.
