[webERP-users] WebERP 4.14 not list Chart of Accounts

[R2-G <r2g...@gm...>]

I upgraded to webERP 4.14 recently and when I go to 

MAIN MENU --> GENERAL LEDGER --> GL ACCOUNTS

the system does not list the accounts but gives the new account creation
screen as below.
I have checked th DB via phpmyadmin and all the accounts are in the DB
chartmaster table.
