Oh dear ... the new customer statements that emails each to a customer contact defined to receive is my doing. I had a quick look but couldn't get the double header - will dig in on this one. The email link from SelectCustomer.php might be able to change the link to the existing customer statement script with the email flag ... needs a bit of a look too. Thanks for reporting.
