           I'm not very sure about your requirement. If you want to know
where those serialized items gone, we can add a new inquiry scripts to show
it. 
          But I do not understand why we should add a field to this table.
If you need to reserve it during issue a sales orders, we do not need to add
a special field for it. 
           I've create a feature of auto pull and conservation serialized
items by FIFO at issuing a new sales orders. But I cannot public it
currently.
