[WebERP-developers] Please add your revision history in change.txt file

*Dear all developers:*

           Thank you for your great contribution to webERP. Your efforts
make this application is a wonderful software a great contribution to many
enterprise to improve their business performance.

           I have received some inquiry from users recently to ask where
they can find the change of each release. Since most of them cannot access
to the SVN, the only place they can get this information is from
doc/change.txt. 
           
          If you can log all your change in this document, it'll give a
great help for those users.
