It does work, although not pretty.   

That being said,... I am not coder...I have hacked it and it works.  Any
help in proper implementation would be nice. 

When I added the picture to the SelectProduct.php years back, I sent that in
and someone who could code well cleaned it up for us. That worked as well,
but it was a hack too.   At that same time I tried to make it as clean as
someone with my skills could make it....
