[WebERP-developers] New Version 4.12.1

Following a couple of mistakes in rolling up version 4.12 and the 
completion of converting the documentation for the new Quality module to 
html I have made a new version - and am uploading to sourceforge now.

          Would you like to do a new release? The default.sql is in 
version4.11.5 now. As a fresh installation, we should have a sql file 
which need to update. The upgrade sql has a bug which made installation 
choken.  I've fixed it yesterday.

           So we should make a new release in my opinion.

    Yes I made a mistake here ...  the system admin is not defined as
    having access to token 16 - a new token for the QA module ... DOH!!!
    There are no mods required to the code just to add QA permission to
    the system admin role...
    Not sure how to proceed  - maybe I should reupload the same version
    but with this change to the SQL?
