I have rolled up a fresh release containing all the latest code and bug 
fixes.

Key changes include:

Extensive improvements from Rafael Chacon including:
- Modifications to the Spanish translation
- Adding of manual links and bookmarks
- Additional manual text for some utility scripts
- Improvements to the manual stylesheet
- Facility to turn on/off the dashboard for specific users
- Default theme now modifiable from System Parameters script
- Standardisation of labels in different scripts.
- Translation of some of the database data for transaction types

Pak Ricard added a facility to automatically translate database item 
descriptions and long descriptions using google translate
Andrew Galuski Added a new Quality Module - this is quite an extensive 
and impressive addition to webERP - many thanks Andrew for contributing 
this work.
Exson Qu has been busy with many bug fixes - see change log for full 
details.
Phil Daintree Added a new script Z_UpdateItemCosts.php that allows a csv 
import of items and costs and updates the standard cost based on 
imported data
Also removed the $db parameter from all DB_query() DB_Txn_Begin($db) 
DB_Txn_Commit($db) DB_Txn_Rollback($db)calls - as $db is now global
