[WebERP-developers] Default language and default theme

Hi, happy new year to all!,

Two questions:

1. Is there any reason to store (hard code) default language in
configuration.php instead of database table "config" ?

2. Is there any reason to store (hard code) default theme in sesion.inc
instead of database table "config" ?

As default, I mean for login screen and as first option in www_users.php.
