[WebERP-developers] Bug in SystemParameters.php

Hi all:

When updating the parameters in SystemParameters.php,
the InvoiceQuantityDefault gets empty. I had to go via phpMyAdmin to
restore the value to 1. Then as a test modify the value and save. Check
again in phpMyAdmin and was empty again.
