[WebERP-developers] Is it a bug caused by modification or has never been detected?

*Dear all:*

          I've received a bug report from CQZ that the AR account is allowed
to post in CustomerReceipt.php directly even we set a
ProhibitJournalsToControlAccount.php. The problem exists in 4.11.2. 

          I've reviewed the change log, but there is no records for it.

          Any comments are highly appreciated!
