Line 96 putenv('LANGUAGE=' . $_SESSION['Language']); I think this was to do with different OS windows and linux use different variable names. There was fair bit of trial and error when we first set this up - would be reluctant to change without someone with a selection of OS's trying and proving it was ok to remove it.
